Description
A collection of vintage British weekly comic books published by D.C. Thomson & Co. Ltd. The assortment primarily comprises issues of The Beano and The Dandy from the mid-1990s. Notable issues identified include The Dandy No. 2840, dated 27 April 1996, featuring Desperate Dan and an advertisement for a “Free Fizzy Jerks” gift, with a 40p cover price. Also present is The Beano No. 2788, dated 23 December 1995, featuring Dennis the Menace & Gnasher and Ivy the Terrible, with a 38p cover price. Other visible issues in the stacks include The Beano numbers 2773, 2775, and 2778, dating from late 1995. The comics are printed on standard newsprint with colour covers and interior strips.
