Large Shire Horse Model in Harness and Tipping Cart
Description
Attributed to Melba Ware, this large-scale model depicts a Shire horse in full harness hitched to a two-wheeled tipping cart. The horse is constructed from a moulded material with a glossy brown finish and white feathering on the lower legs. It features a black flexible harness adorned with brass-tone metal studs and medallions. The cart is constructed from wood with metal fittings and features functional spoked wheels and a tipping body with slatted sides. A small white rectangular sticker is present on the horse’s left flank containing indistinct printed characters.

Overall length: approximately 24 inches.
