A Mick Reeves Models Supermarine Spitfire Radio Controlled Model Aircraft Project
Description
A vintage radio-controlled (RC) model aircraft project for a Supermarine Spitfire, produced by Mick Reeves Models of March, Cambridgeshire, England. The project comprises a partially assembled fuselage and a separate wing section. The fuselage is constructed from balsa and plywood, finished in yellow paint with an unpainted wood tail assembly. The wing section features a two-tone red and yellow finish and is constructed from veneered foam as per the kit specifications. Included is the original cardboard box which displays artwork of the aircraft with RAF markings and the identification codes JE J. The box retains its original printed manufacturer label and specifications. The aircraft was designed to accommodate .40 to .60 size engines.
