Description
A lot of numismatic items and miscellaneous collectibles. Included are several British commemorative issues including a 1953 Elizabeth II Coronation crown and a 1965 Winston Churchill crown. The lot features a variety of UK pre-decimal coinage including pennies, halfpennies, and silver-coloured sixpences with portraits of George V, George VI, and Elizabeth II. Two Canadian silver-coloured commemorative tokens for the Vegreville Pysanka are housed in a blue velvet-lined presentation case. A novelty framed display titled In Case of Emergency Break Glass contains a British George VI penny and a token marked Doubloon 1751. Further items include a large high-relief bronze-coloured portrait medallion, a circular red-lacquered wooden box with gilt floral decoration, a set of brass nesting balance weights, and several leather-covered cases and pouches.
