A Set of Mid-20th Century Venetian Amber and Gilt Enamelled Art Glass Decanter and Liqueur Glasses
Description
A set of mid-20th century Venetian amber art glass, comprising a decanter and several matching liqueur glasses. Each piece is constructed from amber-tinted blown glass, featuring elaborate raised gilt enamel decoration in scrolling foliate and filigree patterns. The design is further accented with applied red glass cabochons. The decanter has a tall, waisted form with a flared rim. No maker’s marks or signatures are present; a paper inventory label numbered 9719 is adhered to the neck of the decanter.
