A Trio of Items Including a Pair of George III Style Candlesticks and a Vintage Electrical Component
Description
A mixed lot comprising three items: a pair of candlesticks and one electrical fixture component. The candlesticks are constructed of turned dark wood, likely ebonized or stained, exhibiting classical profiles with stepped circular bases. The bobeches are lined with small metal inserts. Based on web intelligence, these candlesticks are attributed to the George III style, likely dating to the 18th or 19th Century period. The accompanying electrical component features a rounded, mottled dark reddish-brown base and main body, consistent with Bakelite or early plastic construction. It is fitted with an articulated brushed metal joint and a conical element. A small orange plastic knob or switch is visible on the base. A white adhesive label bearing the handwritten inscription “6182” is affixed to the base of the electrical component.
