Description
A common stock certificate for The Studebaker Corporation, incorporated under the laws of New Jersey, bearing certificate number 323776. Dated 28 February 1935, the document is issued for ten shares, as indicated by a purple TEN stamp. The certificate features a central engraved vignette titled First Studebaker Shop, depicting a rustic wooden building with a horse-drawn wagon. It is signed by the company vice president, John F.
