A Collection of OO Gauge Model Railway Rolling Stock including LNER Style Coaches and a DB Class 103 Electric Locomotive
Description
An assortment of model railway rolling stock and an electric locomotive, predominantly in OO gauge. The collection includes a Class 103 electric locomotive in Deutsche Bundesbahn (DB) cream and red livery, bearing the running number 103 113-2. Also included are five passenger coaches finished with a wood-grain effect in the style of LNER teak-bodied carriages. The freight stock comprises a silver Shell spirit tank wagon, a yellow BP tank wagon numbered 5057, a brown open wagon labelled W6297, a maroon brake van labelled M73031, and a red tank wagon with vertical lettering S.C.C.X. 333. The models feature plastic bodies with die-cast metal chassis and components. These items are characteristic of mid-20th-century production by manufacturers such as Hornby, Tri-ang, and Lima. The red plastic tray used for display is not included in the sale.
