A Collection of Seven Mainline Railways OO Gauge LMS Passenger Coaches
Description
A collection of seven OO gauge model railway passenger carriages manufactured by Mainline Railways (Palitoy). The group comprises London, Midland and Scottish Railway (LMS) coaches finished in a maroon livery with gold-toned lining and lettering. The selection includes various coach types such as corridor third-class and brake carriages, identifiable by the printed class designations and carriage markings. Each carriage features a plastic body construction with fine printed detailing, mounted on bogies with metal wheelsets. The original packaging for four of the items includes black and red card window boxes featuring the Mainline Railways logo and Palitoy branding. The remaining three carriages are housed in a white polystyrene inner tray from a larger multi-pack set.
