DE, JP, and IT Collection of Stamps, Early 20th C, Assorted Issues
Description
This collection of stamps is presented in a vintage world stamp album containing multiple pages of early 20th-century issues. The primary focus is on DE postal history, specifically featuring Weimar Republic inflation stamps with high denominations such as 500,000, 1 millionen, and 2 millionen. Third Reich issues, including Hindenburg portraits, are present along with official stamps (Dienstmarke) featuring overprints. The album includes dedicated sections for JP, including occupation issues, and IT and Colonies, with sub-sections for Italian Post Offices Abroad. Most stamps are hinged onto the pages, which include both printed and gridded varieties.
