Two Royal Doulton Fine Bone China Figurines, Laura HN 4860 and August - Peridot HN 4977
Description
This lot comprises two Royal Doulton fine bone china figurines, each accompanied by its original presentation box and certificate of authenticity.
The first figurine, titled Laura (model number HN 4860), is from the Petites collection and the Best of the Classics series. The figure is depicted in a voluminous blue and white gown featuring dark blue floral motifs. This piece was designed by Pauline Parsons and is crafted from hand-made and hand-decorated fine bone china.
The second figurine, titled August – Peridot (model number HN 4977), is from the Gemstones collection. The figure wears a flowing pale lime green gown and features a small inset Swarovski crystal representing the peridot birthstone.
Both items include their respective certificates of authenticity and are housed in Royal Doulton branded boxes, one of which is marked for the Pretty Ladies collection.
Laura: approximately 15.5cm in height
August – Peridot: approximately 17cm in height.
