Description
Large two-storey wooden dolls house of three-bay construction, designed in a mid-20th century British suburban style. The exterior is finished with a textured light-tan pebbledash effect and features faux-stone quoining detail to the corners. The house is surmounted by a hipped roof of grey slate-effect rectangular tiles with a single brick-effect chimney stack. The front facade includes four large rectangular windows with white-painted frames and black lintels. A central gabled porch bay houses a dark brown front door with a decorative faux-stained-glass window above. The structure is built on a light grey painted wooden baseboard. The house features a double-hinged front opening, revealing a four-room interior layout with a central hallway area. The upper left room is a bedroom decorated with green carpeting and floral wallpaper, containing a wooden bed and a dressing table with a mirror. The upper right room is a bathroom with pale blue walls and a grey floor, including a miniature bathtub and a high-cistern toilet. The lower left room is a living room with green patterned wallpaper and a brown floor with a small rug, furnished with a wooden table and a chair. The lower right room is a kitchen with blue and white patterned wallpaper and a tiled-effect floor, fitted with blue-topped kitchen units, a sink, and a freestanding wooden table. The interior of the hinged panels is finished with wallpaper matching the respective rooms and includes faux window treatments.
