A Collection of Decorative Ceramic and Porcelain Tableware and Figurines
Description
A group of decorative ceramic and porcelain items. The collection includes a large white-glazed model of a reclining donkey and a ceramic tankard decorated with a transfer-printed image of a Scottish Highlander in ceremonial dress including a kilt and bearskin cap. Further items include a sculpture with a leopard-spot pattern on a black circular base, a mallard duck head figurine, and a small porcelain figure depicting a boy sitting on a log. The lot contains several blue and white patterned pieces, notably a lidded ginger jar with a gold-coloured finial and a lidded dish decorated with a blue avian motif. One small white figurine base displays a blue printed mark containing symbols that are not legible as a name.
