Description
A lot comprising a portable typewriter and a curved wooden chest of drawers. The typewriter is constructed with a dark grey crinkle-finish metal body and features a standard QWERTY keyboard layout. The circular keys are black with white characters. On the upper left of the typewriter frame is a white adhesive label reading SHELBYS AUCTIONEERS LOT 268 01132526826 and a smaller rectangular label reading 12850. The internal typebar mechanism is arranged in a central arc. The accompanying wooden chest is of curved demilune form, featuring multiple tiers of drawers. The chest is finished in a light-toned wood with dark-stained vertical and horizontal accents. Each drawer is fitted with an ornate brass-tone metal swing handle.
