A Collection of International Banknotes including United Kingdom Singapore and New Zealand
Description
A collection of circulated international paper currency presented in a black ring-bound album with clear plastic sleeves. The assortment includes notes from the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Singapore, Tunisia, Italy, Ireland, Scotland, and the Eurozone.
United Kingdom currency features Bank of England one pound notes in green and five pound notes in blue, all depicting Queen Elizabeth II. One five pound note bears the printed signature G. M. Gill. A Bank of Scotland five pound note is also present.
New Zealand is represented by two five dollar notes in orange tones featuring a portrait captioned SIR EDMUND HILLARY and a depiction of Mount Cook.
Singaporean currency includes examples from the Ship Series, comprising a blue one dollar note, two red two dollar notes, and a green five dollar note. These are printed with SINGAPORE and the statement This note is legal tender.
Additional items include a Tunisian 10 Dinars note dated 1988-3-20 featuring Habib Bourguiba, an Italian 1000 Lire note marked LIRE MILLE and BANCA D’ITALIA, and a green Irish one pound note dated 21-05-81 with the text banc ceannais na h-éireann. Modern European currency is represented by five and ten Euro notes marked BCE ECB EZB EKT EKP.
