Description
This lot comprises twelve decorative animal figurines. The group includes six ceramic tortoises in graduated sizes, featuring naturalistic modelling with segmented shells finished in cream, brown, and grey tones. Also included are six cold-cast bronze or resin figures with a dark brown patinated finish. The resin subjects consist of a seated dachshund, a standing otter, two shaggy dogs, a seated bear cub, and a curled fox. Each figure displays textured details to represent fur and animal characteristics. The largest ceramic tortoise retains a paper label identifying it as lot 117. No visible maker’s marks were identified on the surfaces of the items.
