A Collection of Royal Albert Old Country Roses Bone China Tableware
Description
An English bone china collection in the Old Country Roses pattern, comprising a coffee pot, a teapot, several milk jugs and creamers, sugar bowls, and multiple teacups, saucers, and side plates. Each piece is decorated with transfer-applied motifs of red, pink, and yellow rose sprays with green foliage, and finished with stippled gold-gilded rims. The undersides of the pieces bear a printed backstamp featuring a rose floral spray above the script text Old Country Roses, followed by the block text ROYAL ALBERT, BONE CHINA, and ENGLAND. A white adhesive auction lot tag printed with 298 is adhered to the body of the coffee pot.
