An Art Deco Style Figural Table Lamp with Beaded Glass Shade
Description
An Art Deco Style table lamp featuring a patinated metal figure of a reaching woman, partially draped at the waist. The figure is mounted on a stepped octagonal base with a mottled dark green and grey finish. The lamp is fitted with a spherical frosted glass shade, which is decorated with a tiered fringe of amber-coloured glass beads suspended from a textured gilt-metal rim. Two adhesive labels are present on the base: a printed white auction tag reading SHIELDS AUCTIONS 293 and a smaller white label with handwritten characters 12547. The lamp is equipped with a black electrical cord.
