Description
A collection of decorative objects and sundries including a large silver-toned metal footed bowl, a spirit flask, and various medallions. The bowl features twin handles cast in the form of stags’ heads with antlers; the interior bears a white rectangular adhesive label with hand-written characters reading 12.50 over D. The spirit flask is bound in reddish-brown leather to the upper section, featuring a vertical liquid level window and a silver-toned metal base decorated with scrolling foliate repoussé motifs. Included in the lot is a heart-shaped pendant on a fine link chain, bearing a white adhesive tag printed with SHELBY’S AUCTIONEERS and LOT 255 01132503528, with a small rectangular tag attached to the clasp stamped MADE IN INDIA. The collection further includes a variety of gold-toned and silver-toned medallions and tokens, including a circular gold-toned zodiac medallion, two rectangular gold-toned plaques, a silver-toned British George VI half-crown coin, and a square silver-toned pendant engraved with an infinity symbol.
