A Silver-Gilt Charm Bracelet with a Canadian Ten-Cent Coin and Figural Charms
Description
A silver-gilt charm bracelet featuring a heavy curb link chain and a heart-shaped padlock clasp. The bracelet is suspended with an assortment of figural charms, including a tassel, a kettle, a desk seal, a vesta case, a circular dial-style charm with a glass face, an anchor, an hourglass, an elephant, and a small book. A Canadian silver coin is integrated into the collection, inscribed 10 CENTS CANADA 1902 around a central crown. A small rectangular charm bears three struck hallmarks: a mark depicting a lion passant, a mark depicting an anchor, and a mark containing a lowercase letter in a square shield. Two yellow tags are attached to the bracelet; a card tag from Shelbys Auctioneers printed with LOT 233 and 01132502626, and an adhesive label handwritten with 12699 Silver 72.9.
