Two Lladró Glazed Porcelain Figurines Including Winter Boy and Shepherdess
Description
A lot consisting of two Lladró glazed porcelain figurines, handcrafted in Spain. The first figurine is identified as Winter Boy with Dog (model number 5220) and depicts a young boy in winter clothing including a blue and white knit hat, a thick blue scarf, a light blue jacket, and brown boots. He carries a dark blue umbrella and a brown satchel, with a small white and brown puppy at his side. The second figurine is identified as Shepherdess with Basket (model number 4678) and features a young girl in a long hooded white coat fastened with pink bows, carrying a woven basket. Both figurines are finished with the manufacturer’s signature pastel palette and high-gloss glaze. The bases bear blue underglaze factory marks including the stylized tulip logo and the Lladró name. The boy figurine base is further marked with the copyright date DAISA 1981 and incised characters A-5 S. The girl figurine base includes a small teal circular sticker marked 203.
