Valuations are carried out by Mark, our expert valuer with over 45 years of experience in the antiques trade. Mark has featured on Antiques Roadshow, Bargain Hunt, The One Show, and Posh Pawn Brokers.

If a formal, written valuation is required for probate, estate administration, or insurance purposes, we offer a fully compliant service tailored to HMRC requirements.
Probate Valuation Includes:
A comprehensive written inventory of items with realistic market values
Preparation of documentation accepted by HMRC for inheritance tax purposes
Discreet, respectful handling of sensitive situations
Assistance in identifying which items are suitable for auction and which should be cleared or donated
Flexibility to work directly with solicitors, executors, or family members
