Description
A set of six Franklin Mint House of Erté Art Deco Diva collector plates. Each crafted from fine white porcelain and adorned with a unique, highly stylized illustration of a female figure in vibrant colors and gold accents, characteristic of the Art Deco period. The reverse of one plate is marked “LIMITED EDITION LC 6749” by “THE FRANKLIN MINT” of “FINE PORCELAIN,” copyrighted “SEVENARTS LTD 1993” and “Made in England.” It further states “A decorative accessory. Not to be used for food consumption. Pigments used for color may be toxic.” An attached “50 mm DISC ADHESIVE PLATE HANGER” from “J. & Y. Cressman Tytherleigh Axminster Devon” is present on one plate.
