A Collection of Gold Gilt Porcelain Tea and Coffee Wares
Description
A collection of approximately two dozen serving and decorative items, unified by a highly reflective, lustrous gold-toned finish. The material appears to be gold-plated ceramic or porcelain, exhibiting a classic and somewhat ornate style with fluted details on several pieces. The collection includes two large teapots or coffee pots, a lidded sugar bowl, a creamer, multiple smaller open vessels resembling cups or gravy boats (some with white interior porcelain), a lidded basket-form item with a swing handle, and several small dishes. Also present is a set of two salt and pepper shakers on a leaf-shaped tray.
