Description
A Cobridge Stoneware vase, dated 1977. This glazed ceramic vase features a hand-painted or applied decoration of a winter landscape with bare trees and snow against a pale yellow-cream ground, with hints of blue and brown near the base. The base is clearly marked with the impressed text “COMOOR WARE MADE IN 1977 ENGLAND,” alongside an additional impressed symbol, and handwritten markings “RW” and “421” (or “42L”) with a circle.
