A Set of Carved Oak and Leather Upholstered Dining Chairs, 19th Century Style with oak table
Description
A set of carved oak dining chairs, presented in a 19th-century style. Each chair features a rectangular upholstered back and seat, covered in dark brown leather or a synthetic imitation, heavily creased and cracked, and secured with decorative brass or metal studding along the edges. A carved or impressed horizontal decorative panel is visible beneath the upholstered back. The chairs exhibit turned front legs with a baluster-style design and straight rear legs. The wood is a dark-stained hardwood, consistent with oak.
