Corgi, Dinky Toys, and Others, A Collection of Die-Cast Vehicles and Collectables, Including Boxed Corgi Classics and Promotional Models, circa 1960-1990
Description
A diverse assortment of vintage and modern die-cast toy vehicles and related collectables from prominent manufacturers including Corgi, Dinky Toys, and Lledo. The collection features several items in their original packaging, notably a Corgi Classics The Brewery Collection Mitchells & Butlers set featuring a Scammell Scarab and trailer. Also included are two Corgi Collectables promotional Volkswagen delivery vans in Cadbury Flake and Road Service liveries, and a 1960 Blackpool Balloon Tram in a plastic blister pack featuring Bruce Forsyth at the North Pier. The loose items comprise a variety of scales and manufacturers, including a yellow Dinky Toys delivery van, a green Carter Paterson delivery truck, and an array of other die-cast lorries, cars, and trailers in various colours. A small plastic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles figure is also present. The vehicles are primarily constructed from die-cast zinc alloy with plastic detailing and rubber or plastic tyres. The lot occupies an area of approximately 40cm by 30cm as displayed.
