A Trio of Glazed Ceramic Garden Planters Including Two with Rose Seal
Description
A trio of glazed ceramic garden planters. The group comprises two matching large dark green glazed stoneware pots of tapered circular form with flat rims. Both planters feature an impressed square seal on the exterior body containing a stylised rose motif with a stem and leaves. Accompanied by a smaller, bowl-shaped planter with a light mint-green glaze. All three items feature unglazed interiors showing a light tan ceramic body. A small white rectangular sticker is attached to the rim of the leftmost dark green pot bearing handwritten characters that appear to be 195 or 105. These items are characteristic of commercial garden pottery found in the United Kingdom.
