Description
A vintage three-tier cantilever sewing box of accordion-style construction, crafted from light-toned wood. The box features a central fixed carry handle and two top compartments with hinged lids and wooden pulls. The expanding tiered sections are joined by wooden slats secured with metal pins. The interior is filled with an assortment of sewing notions, including various reels of thread, needle packets, hemming web, and thimble sets. There are no identifiable maker’s marks or stamps visible on the piece. A small paper inventory label marked 9776 is attached to one side.
