A Collection of Approx 40 Wood-Mounted Rubber Stamps
Description
An assortment of approximately 40 rubber stamps mounted on wooden blocks, presented in a light-coloured wooden tray. The collection features a wide variety of decorative and illustrative motifs, including botanical designs labelled ‘Morning Glory’, ‘Forget-me-nots’, and ‘Hollyhocks’. Sports-themed stamps include ‘RUGBY’ and ‘FOOT BALL’ designs. A selection of sentimental and functional text stamps includes phrases such as ‘wedding’, ‘Love’, ‘With Sympathy’, ‘Congratulations’, ‘Cherish’, and ‘new home’, as well as ‘To:’ and ‘From:’ stamps. Other designs depict a birthday cake, a garden chair, a cradle, and a wreath. Several of the designs are consistent with the style of Stampin’ Up sets. One wooden block is marked with the name ‘Mary Hughes’ on the side. The lot includes several loose red rubber stamp faces.
