Description
An Edwardian mahogany bowfront display cabinet of one-piece construction, designed in the Chippendale Revival style. The front is divided into three sections, featuring a central solid door with highly figured, mirror-matched flame mahogany veneers, flanked by two curved glazed panels. The top edge is decorated with a carved gadrooned border. The cabinet stands on four carved ball-and-claw feet with acanthus leaf decoration to the knees. It is fitted with brass hinges and a central keyhole. The interior layout is not fully visible due to the current orientation of the piece.
