Two Pairs of Vintage Prism Field Binoculars, Zenith and Skipper
Description
This lot comprises two pairs of vintage prism field binoculars, each with its corresponding carrying case. The first pair is marked Zenith 10 x 50, with a 5 degree field of view. These binoculars feature fully coated optics and were manufactured in Korea. The body is finished in a black textured grip with a central focusing wheel and an adjustable right-hand eyepiece. They are accompanied by a fitted black hard case with white perimeter stitching, a silver-tone metal latch, and a black neck strap. The second pair is marked Skipper 7 x 50, with a field of view of 375 feet at 1000 yards. This instrument is identified as Model No. 789, serial number 8-850898. The design includes a black textured body with silver-toned metal accents on the bridge and eyepieces, a central focusing wheel, and an adjustable right-hand eyepiece. A black neck strap is attached. This pair is housed in a brown leather fitted hard case with decorative top-stitching and a carry strap.
