Description
A collection of plush teddy bears from the Harrods department store, London. The group includes a 1996 Harrods Annual Bear in a green cable-knit sweater with gold-tone embroidery on the right footpad reading Harrods 1996. Another brown plush bear is dressed in a dark green knitted sweater featuring an embroidered gold-tone Harrods Knightsbridge storefront design and the Harrods name. A boxed bear, identified as The Annual Bear, is dressed in a white shirt and a dark waistcoat with a gold moon and star pattern; the left footpad is embroidered with the words The Annual in gold-tone thread. The lot also contains elements of other plush bears, including one wearing a red hat. The bears are manufactured from synthetic plush material with various textile garments.
