A Collection of Scale Model Military Aircraft Including World War II and Modern Examples
Description
A collection of scale model military aircraft primarily representing aviation from the World War II era, alongside a modern tactical helicopter. The models are constructed from die-cast metal with plastic components and are finished in various authentic military liveries. The group includes a Kawanishi H8K Emily four-engine flying boat in dark green with yellow wing leading edges, Japanese Hinomaru markings, and tail code N-26. Also included is a Heinkel He 111 twin-engine medium bomber in Luftwaffe splinter camouflage with Balkenkreuz markings and deployed landing gear. A modern Boeing AH-64 Apache attack helicopter is finished in desert tan camouflage and mounted on a black display stand. Further models include a US Navy Consolidated PBY-5A Catalina in a silver finish and a USAAF North American P-51D Mustang with a black and white checkered nose cowling, both mounted on black display stands with printed identification labels.
