Description
A detailed scale model of the King George V-class battleship HMS Prince of Wales, consistent in design and presentation with the Tamiya 1/350 scale plastic kit. The model is finished in a naval grey and red colour scheme and features comprehensive detailing including the primary quadruple and twin turrets, secondary armaments, superstructure, masts, and rigging. The ship is mounted on a custom black plastic display stand featuring a rectangular nameplate with raised gilded lettering reading BRITISH BATTLESHIP PRINCE OF WALES. Accompanying the model is a circular ship’s crest badge of gilded metal construction. The badge features a rope-effect border surmounted by a Naval Crown, with a central white enamel-effect ground charged with a red St George’s Cross and the Prince of Wales’s feathers at the centre.
