A Collection of Vintage Plastic Toy Figures including Western and Military Subjects
Description
An assortment of vintage plastic toy figures and accessories featuring diverse historical and thematic subjects. The collection includes Wild West figures such as cowboys and Native Americans in various action poses, armed with rifles, bows, and lassos. Military figures are represented by American Civil War-style infantry in blue and grey uniforms, and a prominent Napoleonic-style officer in a dress uniform with a shako and plume. Medieval figures include a knight in armour wearing a white surcoat with a red cross. Other figures include a character in a yellow sombrero, a modern green soldier, and several small animal figures including a dog and a prone beast of burden. The figures are constructed from moulded plastic, with many featuring hand-painted decorative details. Several figures are mounted on integral bases.
