Description
A diverse collection of vintage and antique curiosities and optical instruments. The lot includes several magnifying glasses of various sizes, featuring wooden and metal handles. Further optical items consist of folding lorgnettes and a small circular glass lens within a metal rim, marked with the characters C538X. The group contains a wooden strategy game board with coloured beads, a miniature painted Mickey Mouse figurine, and a miniature glass bottle with a Jack Daniel’s label. Also included is a silver-toned repoussé dish depicting a masted sailing ship, a lidded box with mother-of-pearl or polished stone inlays marked S25, and a hand mirror with a light-coloured handle. A black leather cylindrical case, a small metal animal figure, and various loose hardware and decorative charms complete the lot. Some items bear handwritten price tags and stock labels. The red tray shown is not included in the lot.
