A Collection of 1/144 Scale Die-cast Military Aircraft Models Metal
Description
A collection of static desktop aircraft models constructed from die-cast metal with plastic components. Each model is mounted on a dedicated black plastic display stand. The collection features a North American F-86 Sabre jet finished in silver with yellow and black identification bands on the wings and tail. Also included is a Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress (Serial 24552) in a camouflage paint scheme with a white triangle containing the letter C on the vertical stabiliser. The collection further contains a Boeing B-17F Memphis Belle in olive drab livery featuring pin-up nose art and a Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird finished in matte black. The stands for the B-17F and SR-71 models feature printed white identification text. These models are representative of the 1/144 scale series commonly produced for military aircraft collections.
