A collection of original British weekly science fiction comic anthologies published by IPC Magazines, dating from 1979. The lot comprises an estimated 60 to 100 plus issues, primarily featuring 2000 AD and Starlord and Tornado titles. Identified issues include 2000 AD and Starlord Prog 100 (17 February 1979), which is a centennial issue featuring Judge Dredd, alongside Progs 101 (24 February 1979), 102 (3 March 1979), and 111 (5 May 1979). Tornado issues include Prog 140 (24 November 1979) featuring a Star Trek cover tie-in and Prog 143 (15 December 1979). The cover of Tornado Prog 143 is signed by artist Carlos Ezquerra in the lower right corner.
