A diverse collection of hair ornaments and decorative pins dating from the late 19th to the mid-20th century. The lot includes several hair combs such as a large amber-coloured celluloid comb with a carved openwork scroll motif, a tortoiseshell-effect plastic comb set with rows of clear rhinestones, a large tortoiseshell-effect back comb, and a U-shaped tortoiseshell-effect hair pin with rhinestone-set borders. Decorative items include a red and black lacquered hair stick with hand-painted floral details, a green feather plume mounted on a silver-tone metal base set with green glass cabochons, and a pink textile tassel suspended from a silver-tone repoussé-style cap. The collection also contains various novelty pins and small collectibles, including a carved cat head hat pin, a bird-shaped brooch set with stones, an enamel figure, and several other decorative hat pins.
