Description
A Victorian style mahogany sideboard featuring flame mahogany veneers to the drawer and cupboard fronts. The top surface is designed with a serpentine bow-fronted edge and a low-profile raised gallery backboard. The front configuration includes two central drawers positioned vertically, flanked by two cupboard doors. Each cupboard door is decorated with a raised, arched-top panel. The unit is supported by four turned, bulbous feet. Hardware includes decorative brass swan-neck handles with ornate backplates on the drawers and brass-lined keyhole escutcheons on both drawers and cupboards. No maker’s marks or stamps are visible on the exterior surfaces.
