A Late 20th Century Two-Tier Stained Pine and Mosaic Inset Side Table
Description
A circular two-tier occasional table of late 20th-century craft construction, fashioned from stained softwood. The circular top contains a central octagonal inset panel featuring a geometric mosaic design composed of multi-coloured square tesserae in shades of red, blue, green, yellow, and black. The structure is supported by four thick, straight wooden legs. A lower circular shelf is inset with a further mosaic panel depicting an abstract design in a palette of blue, green, and yellow. There are no visible maker’s marks, although a small white adhesive sticker with illegible characters is present on the wooden frame of the top.
