Viners and Miscellaneous English Silver-Plated Tableware and Decorative Objects, Mid to Late 20th Century
Description
A comprehensive collection of English silver-plated table service items and decorative objects. The lot is headlined by a boxed set of Viners Love Story pattern fruit spoons, a classic mid-century design produced by the renowned Sheffield manufacturer. The grouping includes several silver-plated bonbon or butter dishes featuring scalloped rims and integral handles, some of which retain a decorative gold-coloured interior wash. Further metalware includes a traditional wire-frame toast rack and a small, textured-pattern creamer fitted with a black synthetic handle. The lot is supplemented by a blue-tinted glass figurine, a pack of playing cards, and various small metal components. All items are housed on a red plastic tray with an adhesive lot label numbered 105. Tray measures approximately 48cm x 34cm.
