A collection of British commemorative fifty pence coins issued by The Royal Mint, featuring popular literary characters. The primary item is a three-panel folding presentation folder titled The Adventures of Paddington Continue, containing four cupro-nickel coins from the 2019 series. These coins illustrate Paddington Bear at iconic London locations, specifically the Tower of London and St Paul’s Cathedral. The folder is decorated with vibrant illustrations and includes the Be a part for Life trademark. Also included is a group of loose commemorative 50p coins from the Beatrix Potter collection, featuring Peter Rabbit, Tom Kitten, and the Tailor of Gloucester, as well as additional Paddington Bear issues. A small handwritten note of sentimental provenance is included with the lot. Folder measures approximately 21 centimetres by 21 centimetres when closed.
