Boss GT-5 Guitar Effects Processor Multi-Effects Pedalboard, c. 1996
Description
A Boss GT-5 Guitar Effects Processor, representing the first generation of the flagship GT series. The unit is constructed with a robust blue metal chassis and features an integrated expression pedal with a textured rubber grip. The interface includes seven black plastic footswitches, an LCD display screen, and a value adjustment dial. Printed markings on the faceplate identify the manufacturer as Boss and the model as the GT-5. Control labels include Utility, Write, and Tuner/Bypass. This model was a significant release in the late 1990s, incorporating advanced digital sound modelling technology. The unit is fitted with an attached power cable terminating in a standard UK three-pin plug.
