Royal Doulton, Flirtation HN 3071
Description
A fine Royal Doulton glazed porcelain figurine titled Flirtation, model number HN 3071, from the Reflections series. This Art Deco-inspired piece depicts a slender woman in an elegant seated pose atop a tall pedestal stool, dressed in pale blue loungewear. Modelled by Adrian Hughes and released in 1985, the figure features the characteristic elongated forms and muted pastel palette of the series. The base bears the full Royal Doulton backstamp, including the series and figurine titles, modeler’s name, and the standard lion and crown circular mark. It is noted as being hand made and hand painted, with an additional black painter’s identification mark and a gold foil title sticker present on the underside. Height approximately 12 inches.
Condition report:
The figurine is in excellent condition with no visible chips, cracks, or restorations. A small adhesive inventory sticker is present on the figure\'s leg which can be removed.
