A classic oval wall mirror featuring a polished, dark-toned wooden frame with a simple, rounded profile. The frame is crafted from a mahogany-coloured hardwood, housing a clear, bevelled mirror plate. The design reflects a traditional aesthetic, reminiscent of Sheraton Revival styles. No maker’s marks are present, though the construction and finish are consistent with quality 20th-century manufacturers such as The Bombay Company. Dimensions: Approximately 86 cm x 46 cm.
Condition report:
The mirror is in good overall condition. The wooden frame shows minor surface wear and light scuffing consistent with age and use. The mirror plate remains bright, though there is some minor age-related spotting visible in the silvering. A small adhesive lot label is present on the top interior edge of the frame.
