Royal Doulton Silks and Ribbons Figurine HN2017
Description
A hand-painted ceramic character figurine titled “Silks and Ribbons,” model number HN2017, produced by Royal Doulton. The figurine is crafted from glazed earthenware and depicts an elderly woman seated in a traditional style. She is dressed in a dark hat, a red scarf, and a green plaid shawl, holding multicolored ribbons across her white apron. The underside of the base features the printed Royal Doulton crown and crest mark, along with the text “ROYAL DOULTON / MADE IN ENGLAND,” and the Royal Warrant notation: “H.M. The Queen & H.M. Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother / DOULTON & CO. LIMITED.” The name “Silks and Ribbons” is also printed on the base. A handwritten inventory number, “6182,” is visible on the front of the figure’s apron.
