A Satsuma Style Porcelain Vase Table Lamp
Description
A single table lamp featuring a vase-form porcelain base mounted on a dark, polished wooden plinth. The ceramic body is decorated in the Satsuma style, utilizing a cream ground overlaid with intricate stylized floral, leaf, and cloud motifs rendered in rich brown, reddish-orange, and gilt pigments. The neck of the vase features geometric patterns and cartouches. The lamp is fitted with electrical components and topped with a large, slightly flared conical shade constructed of off-white textured fabric, finished with piping trim along the lower edge. A small white inventory sticker bearing the number 3987 is affixed to the side of the ceramic body.
