1950's Oak Combination High Chair
Description
An 1950’s oak combination high chair, dating from the late 19th or early 20th century. Constructed primarily of medium-toned oak, it features a carved backrest with a central sunburst or fan motif and turned spindles, legs, and stretchers. The chair incorporates metal hinges and latches on the sides, allowing for its convertible function. A removable or adjustable tray is present, lined with a red fabric. A white sticker with the number ‘6183’ is affixed to the top rail of the backrest.
